We won, we won!

The lottery? Eh no
The premium bonds? Eh no
Our first golf tie in doubles? Eh yes!
We won our first double match. Sheila played her part using her strokes to good effect on several holes and we managed to win on the 18th. It was a close game but we were playing two men with handicaps 10 and 11 so no slouches. Anyway, Spittal's rule supreme ...... for now!

OK got some pics of the new gaff.




The pics are not that great but the gaff is!!! Loving it here, two minutes to work, no traffic no mosque man waking us every day at 4am, own private pool, luxury. Patio furniture is arriving later this week then it will be alfresco dining for the winter. Looking forward to seeing you all in the not too distant future.

    New pad looks very nice I'm sure you will both enjoy the luxury of all its advantages longer lie ins no more mosque calls and breakfast outside. We are having a lazy day after our dance last night although it was low in numbers we had a good night we made the most of it.We had to get up earlier than usual as had our flu jags this morning.Having a lazy day today sun is shining although its a bit cold.Did you get a prize for winning the mxd pairs golf match you'll be looking forward to the next match now that you are on a winning streak.Just trying to think up what to have for our tea beginning to get short of ideas sometimes! but I'm sure we won't starve.Speak to you both soon love Mumxxxx

    Looks lovely the rooms looks like they are a fair size and high ceilings. Plenty wardrobes space too im sure you will be happy living there.
